Hello! My name is Jessica Rae Simon, but you can call me Jess or Jessie for short. I am currently a Sophomore at the University of Tampa and studying journalism. On days not spent typing behind a computer or with my face in a notebook, I enjoy being outside. The amazing weather at UT is what primarily stripped me from my Northern roots, but I will forever be a "New Yorker" at heart.

I enrolled in ART 210: Digital Arts this semester because of my passion for digital technology and the computer. I am contemplating minoring in graphic design, so hopefully this course will help me make that decision. In the future I want to work in New York City with either a major magazine company or an established record label company. Since we are currently living in a technologically based generation, I hope this course will also provide me with crucial computer skills that I can take with me in the future.
